On-Site Repairs

Any Customers having issues with their machines and who need immediate assistance can call our office Monday - Friday between 8:00 - 5:00. Unfortunately, due to liability, we are not able to provide phone support. However, because we understand the urgency in getting down equipment up and running as soon as possible our average response time is 48 hours and we are available on weekends for your convenience.

In-House Repairs

All In-House repairs will be based on an hourly rate. We want to offer our customers peace of mind on all work being performed by providing a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor. Our goal is to have all In-house repairs completed within 10 working days. Any emergency request from customers may be handled for a nominal charge.

We maintain a large inventory on rebuilt PC Boards for our customers convenience. Contact us for availability.

We now offer specialized In-house Repairs on Legacy ESAB and L-TEC machine parts such as:

  • PC boards from older Manual Plasma and Arc equipment.
  • HL90 Tracers
  • Older CNC Systems- Series 2000 & visions
  • PC board manufacturing
  • Sub assemblies
  • Building wire/cable harnesses

Decommissioning

This Service is provided for Customers who may need a machine moved to another work station or have a machine that can no longer be serviced. We are experienced in disassembling these machines and preparing them for site to site delivery. The amount of time required for this service will depend on size and complexity of the machine. We also offer our services for the reassembling of the machine once it has reached its destination.

Installation

We install and set up new and used machines. We can provide assistance at certain stages of the installation process or we can provide a complete turn key service. When set up is completed a test of the machines functionality will be done and upon request of the customer, training may be provided.

Training

We provide operator and maintenance personnel training which consist of (3) eight hour week days or we can schedule an appointment for weekend training at our customers convenience.

If you are interested in having training provided for your maintenance personnel or operators of your equipment, you can view our training outline by clicking on the Maintenance or Operator links provided.
